Established in 1986, our company is one of the largest manufacturers in the country for producing precision screws and feed cylinders. We are a manufacturer of injection molding machines, extrusion machines and rubber smelting machines. Our annual yield reaches 10,000 odd sets. Our products are also exported to Southeast Asian countries. Our company has a new industrial zone covering an area of 40,000sqm. We have advanced technical equipment, such as CNC screw machining centers, 12m deep hole boring machines, large special grinding machines, 8m well-type hardening and tempering furnaces and 10m computer controlled nitriding furnaces and are provided with special measuring equipment for screws and machine barrels, Brinell and Rochwell hardness testers, electronic displays, vickers, hardness testers and nitriding furnace layer depth and brittleness testing instruments.

Our products are made of high quality materials, i.e. excellent alloy steel 38 CrMoALA. We offer hardening and tempering, nitriding and fine grinding services. The high-temperature and high speed screws are made of two-phase stainless steel, hot alloy, Ni60 or spray coated hard alloy powder and enjoy such advantages as long-service life, wear resistance and good performance of corrosion protection.
